2. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for safeguarding PINs and tokens.
• Assign roles/permissions appropriately; audit logs track actions.

3. Usage

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No unauthorized access or probing of systems.
• Respect data isolation between restaurants/tenants.

4. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed per plan. Refunds are handled per agreement or local law.

5. Availability

We target high uptime but services may experience maintenance or network interruptions.

6. Liability

Service provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim indirect or consequential damages.
