1. Data We Collect

Account info (name, email, role), restaurant configuration, orders, invoices, payments, and device metadata (browser, OS, IP for security). No payment card data is stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Data

• Operate the POS: auth, orders, billing, KOT, printing.
• Security: audit logs, fraud checks, access control.
• Support & reliability: backups, troubleshooting, performance.

3. Sharing

We do not sell data. We share only with essential processors (e.g., SMS/WhatsApp providers, payment gateways) to deliver the service.

4. Data Retention

Operational data is retained while your account is active. Backups follow the configured retention policy. You can request deletion where applicable.

5. Security

Role-based access (22 permissions), JWT auth, audit logging, and least-privilege database access. Use strong PINs and rotate shared credentials.

6. Your Rights

You can access, export, or request deletion of your data where legally permitted. Contact support to raise requests.
